(Resolved v2.1.35) 8/19/2020 – Not working on eBay
It looks like eBay had a major change in the UI of their page which caused some of the extension’s functionality to not work completely. We have updated Spot n Paste to fix the issue you were having with eBay, the version for this update is 18.104.22.168.
Spot n Paste Lite was also updated to version 22.214.171.124.
(Resolved v2.1.35) 8/07/2020 – Sku Grid Item Retrieval button on Shopify
We have made aware that the “Sku Grid Item Retrieval” button has been removed from Shopify. We are currently working on a fix for this and should have it released shortly.
Update: This looks like a known issue on SkuGrid’s end. If you see an error message “No suppliers were found” in response for your call, it’s because our app opens links received with response of the call and there is no product link returned. So, what you can do is:
– Request Skugrid team to look into this issue
(Resolved v126.96.36.199) 8/03/2020 – Pasting Issues and Reset Store Data button.
It looks like s ome suppliers (like Costco, Sam’s Club) might be having issues in pasting the address, and the “Reset Store Data” button in app settings got disabled.
We have updated the extension to fix the issue you were having. The version number for this update is 188.8.131.52. If you are not seeing the update yet, you can force the update of Spot N Paste within your extension. To do that please copy and paste this URL in your browser. chrome://extensions/ Toggle developer mode which is found in the top right-hand corner and then click the Update button on the left-hand side. After the updating is complete you should see that Spot N Paste has been updated to versions 184.108.40.206. Please make sure that you refresh all of your pages in order to see the updates as well.
(Resolved) 7/15/2020 – Log In Issues.
It looks like Spot N Paste is randomly showing a notification that accounts are expired or cancelled. Please log out and back in to temporarily bypass this. Our developers are working on a solution to get this issue fixed as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience.
For License Key issues, please log out and log back in, or uninstall and reinstall Spot n Paste to override the error. We now have a new sign in that does not require a license key. If that doesn’t help, please email our support team at email@example.com

Spot N Paste headquarters is located in Washington State of the United States. Our state has been issued many regulations to help keep its citizens safe. These regulations, however, have caused a delay in our support messages. We ask that you please be patient with us if your support messages are not being responded too in a timely manner. On to the positive. Our development department is not located in the United States. They do see all messages that come through our support and are working on them as fast as they can during this time.

It looks like eBay is doing some changes to their dashboard again and it is causing the send message button to disappear. We are currently working on a fix for this and should have it released shortly.
(resolved) 2/1/2020- Chrome Delays updating Spot N Paste
As of 1/27/2020 eBay released an update to the seller dashboard. This update has caused Spot N Paste to not work correctly. Many of the function buttons are not appearing making Spot N Paste almost unusable. Within hours of being notified of the issue, our support team released an update to the Chrome Web Store. Once we release an update, we are forced to wait for Chrome to publish the extension live to our users. They put the extension in a “Pending Review” status. This is something that happens with all extensions, however they seem to be delayed in reviewing Spot N Paste. We have no control over this. Because Chrome is delayed, we are now advising all of our users to please use our Firefox version of Spot N Paste. That is the most current version that is working correctly with the eBay dashboard.
