In this article we are going to talk about how to troubleshoot if the paste address button does not work.
If the address is not getting pasted on any of your supplier site, try the following methods to make it work.
First, remove the site from your extension settings by deleting it and also remove it from spot-n-center.
Now, logout from the extension and login in again.
Go back to your suppliers website and drag and drop the address details from your extension to the website.
Click to refresh the supplier page and from your extension click paste.
If the address details gets pasted, make sure to save the supplier details to your extension, open your extension and click the supplier button. You should see the supplier name under the store name column, and click the sync button below.
After it is synched you should check your spot and center, the store name should be there.
